How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — see §10 of our privacy policy for the full list of your rights under GDPR.

How to request deletion

Send an email to ezregulars@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address or including the phone number associated with your account or order history. We'll confirm once your data has been deleted or anonymised, usually within 30 days.

What we may keep, and why

Some order and consent records may need to be retained for a period even after a deletion request — for example, to meet German statutory tax/commercial retention obligations (up to 10 years), or to resolve an open dispute — see §9 of our privacy policy. We delete or anonymise data once none of these reasons still apply.
