Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Note: a draft covering the platform's current scope, not yet reviewed by legal counsel — same standing caveat as the Impressum's. Recommended before scaling the business further, especially once online payments with end customers grow beyond a pilot.

2. The service
EZRegulars provides a WhatsApp ordering assistant and a self-service business portal to partner businesses — restaurants today, and other repeat-purchase local businesses as the platform grows. Customers place orders with a partner business through WhatsApp; the business manages its menu, hours, staff, and orders through the portal. These terms cover use of both.
3. Partner businesses
A business using EZRegulars is responsible for the accuracy of its own menu, prices, opening hours, and order fulfilment — EZRegulars provides the ordering and messaging infrastructure, not the food or service itself, and is not a party to the contract between a business and its customer for a given order. Online payments are processed via Stripe; a business is responsible for completing Stripe’s own verification (KYC) before accepting online payment.
4. Customers
By placing an order through EZRegulars, you enter into a contract directly with the business you ordered from, not with EZRegulars. Order confirmation, cancellation, and refund policies are set by that business; contact them directly for order-specific issues. See our privacy policy for how your order and consent data is used.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent messages, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for anything other than genuine ordering/business-management activity it’s designed for.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access — third-party providers we depend on (WhatsApp/Meta, Stripe, Google, our hosting providers) can affect availability outside our control. We may change or discontinue features as the platform develops, and will update these terms accordingly.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EZRegulars is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of partner businesses or third-party providers (WhatsApp/Meta, Stripe, Google) whose own terms and policies also apply to your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under German law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).
8. Termination
A business may stop using the service at any time; EZRegulars may suspend or terminate access for a business that violates these terms or applicable law. Ending access doesn’t affect obligations that already arose (e.g. a payment already processed).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected.
10. Changes to these terms
We’ll update this page as the service changes. Last updated: 29 August 2026.
